Meet The Team
Wayne Goodman
Wayne doesn’t just perform magic… he lives it.
A full-time performer, author, creator and lecturer, Wayne has worked just about every room you can imagine, from children’s parties bursting with laughter to high-end corporate events, from intimate weddings to bustling restaurants, and from stage shows to… well, if there’s an audience, Wayne’s probably been there and stolen the show.
With over 40 years in the business, his journey has taken him across the globe — performing on cruise ships, in luxury hotels, and in entertainment venues worldwide. After nearly two decades living and working overseas, Wayne returned to the UK and spent the next 20 years building a reputation as one of the most in-demand performers across the UK and Europe.
But performing is only half the story.
Wayne is also a prolific creator, having written more than 20 books for magicians, including Weddings I Do, Maxims Primer, FEARless, and Inclusion, each packed with real-world insight from a life spent in front of audiences. Alongside this, he has released over 40 commercial effects, with many more still waiting in the wings.
At the heart of it all is a simple driving force: a deep love for powerful magic and unforgettable comedy.
Because for Wayne, it’s never just about tricks… it’s about creating moments people remember.
Tracey
Tracey isn’t just Wayne’s fiancée… she’s the engine room, quality control, and occasional referee all rolled into one.
From front-row seats to late-night brainstorming sessions, Tracey is there as new effects are born, tested, broken, rebuilt, and finally polished into something magical.
With a strong background in product development, she brings sharp insight, practical thinking, and a no-nonsense eye that keeps everything on track and performing at its absolute best.
If Wayne is the showman, Tracey is the secret weapon behind the curtain.
She’s also ground zero for every new joke, gag, and “this might work…” moment Wayne comes up with… which means she’s heard them all first. Repeatedly. Under lab conditions. With revisions.
Frankly, she doesn’t just deserve a medal… she deserves hazard pay and a standing ovation.
Charlee
Charlee isn’t just Wayne’s daughter… she’s a creative force in her own right.
An incredibly talented photographer with a sharp eye for style, Charlee brings a modern edge and visual flair that elevates everything she touches. Whether she’s behind the camera or shaping the look and feel of a project, she has that rare ability to make things pop.
But it doesn’t stop there.
She’s also a gifted musician and naturally funny, with a quick wit that proves the comedy gene didn’t fall far from the tree. Timing, presence, and instinct… it’s all there.
Behind the scenes, Charlee plays a key role in Wayne’s world, helping with new releases and product development, offering fresh perspective, honest feedback, and the kind of creative input you can’t fake.
In short… if something looks great, feels right, and gets a laugh, there’s a very good chance Charlee had a hand in it.
